What kind of wood do you use?
We primarily use midwest sourced hardwood such as Walnut, Cherry, Maple, Oak and Ash. Each piece is selected for its character, durability, and natural beauty. Some items may be made from other high-quality wood materials that suit a particular function or style. You can find the material of each item in the listings description.

All our furniture is made by hand in Illinois.

What kind of finish do you use?
Unless otherwise stated we use a low voc waterborne topcoat, which provides exceptional durability and a beautiful finish that highlights the stunning nature of our midwest hardwoods.

How long will my order take?
Every piece is carefully handmade. We try to fulfill orders as soon as possible on a first come first serve basis Our lead times will vary throughout the year and will be updated in the descriptions on the items’ product pages.
Do you ship nationwide?
- Yes we ship to the entire United States.
How is the furniture shipped?
Most of our furniture is carefully packaged and shipped via UPS or similar carrier. Larger items may be shipped via an LTL white glove service.
How should I care for my wood furniture?
- Most of our furniture is finished with a very durable low voc waterbased finish that can be cleaned by wiping it down with warm water, Use some mild dish soap if needed.
- Items that have a different finish such as our cutting boards will include detailed care instructions.
What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your item, it may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit. We do not offer return shipping. Custom orders are non-refundable.
